The winery Cascina Intersenga lies on the southwest hill of Vignale. We bought it in 1996 and started the wine production in 2000 after extensive renovation and reconstruction of the buildings and the vineyard.
Wine was produced in this area dating back as far as the middle ages. Today the most important grapes are Barbera and Grignolino for red wine, and Cortese and Chardonnay as white wines.
We are available to answer all questions regarding wine cultivation and production.
Not only the wine but also the piedmontese food is very famous, especially for its variety of appetizers and the world renowned white Alba truffle. We'd be pleased to organize wine tastings, also with wines from other vineyards in the area, and would be happy to assist you with recommendations for the culinary attractions and cultural events in the region.
